Pension San Francisco is located in a pedestrian zone and shopping area, just a 5-minute ride (4 stops) on the U1 underground line from Vienna's city centre and 700 metres from Belvedere Palace. Vienna Main Railway Station is 600 metres away.
All rooms provide a spacious bathroom with a toilet. Air conditioning is provided on request and at additional costs.
The U1 subway line is located in front of the San Francisco guest house, which is a 5-minute drive from the city center. The pedestrian zone is located outside of the San Francisco guest house with numerous shops in 600 meters leads you to the Main Railway Station.
Through the direct subway connection you can reach many attractions. (State Opera, Naschmarkt, Prater, Donauturm, Vienna International Center, etc.)

Located not too far from wien hbf, ideal solution for one night before the next destination.

first of all no permanent reception. you have to get lucky if you ring and someone come and say hi. secondly in the entrance you will see the backward of other restaurants..not very clean. thirdly and most importantly no air conditioning though there is air conditioner in the room. I’ve asked for the remote. they said it doesn’t work. so I asked to change the room they refused to do that. Plus no refrigerator in the room! so I would say not ideal for people traveling in summer.
