The personel was amazing - very welcoming, helpful and professional. The bed was really comfortable, ac worked wonders, the overall atmosphere was really calm and peaceful, there's generally nothing I could complain about :)

good location as a sightseeing base with a metro station and small shopping centre just down the road. The hotel was nice and quiet and generally conformable for a sightseeing visit

Very friendly and helpful staff, we could leave the luggage before check-in without any problem. The hotel recommended quite comfortable parking with good price. Good location close to Belveder

The location is excellent, the room was very spacious, the staff were incredibly helpful and kind, and the building itself is beautiful. I liked the big windows and the view.
