The location was amazing. I walked to all the Christmas markets several times a day and found it easy and well located for this. The lady who checked me in was so friendly, and gave me a Christmas markets map and restaurants map which I found great and very personal! Quiet location and safe as well.

Reception staff were really helpful. They were also very cheerful which really lights up your mood as well. Our room was very clean and well furnished. The hotel located so close to Stephanplatz (approximately 4 minutes of walk) and it is also very close to different u-bahn (Schwedenplatz and Stephanplatz) stations. It is very easy to access the hotel from the main train station and airport.

The staff was multilingual, which is amazing for Austria. They were friendly and quick with service. The dinner was amazing, so the food at the restaurant was quite exceptional. The location, environment, and room were up to a good standard.

Perfect location. We walked everywhere from there to see the sights and all the Xmas markets. Just a few minutes to Stephanplatz and shopping streets. 3 stops on underground train to other main shopping street. Tea and coffee making facilities were excellent and it was a nice gesture to have complimentary large bottles of water as well as juice and soft drinks.

Everything: - Perfect location at end off main thoroughfare. - warm, clean room - large comfortable bed - excellent shower - 100m from airport bus & city trams - complimentry soft drinks in room fridge - ample clothes storage for a short stay - good room coffee

Very clean comfortable room, excellent breakfast with plenty of options. Staff were helpful and professional. Hotel is close to Innere Stadt so great access to the sights. I would stay here again.

Loved the styling and design Lots of attention to detail and quality fittings Bed was the best I have experienced in hotel stays, had the best 2 nights sleep! Great staff, very friendly and accommodating. Extra touches such as the complimentary drinks makes such a difference. Above and beyond!

Reception and breakfast staff were extremely helpful, the evening bar staff less so. Room, location and breakfast suited us very well.
