The apartment we had was excellent. It was on the top floor with a beautiful view. Location was perfect close to Vienna Hbf, underground train station, tram, cab rank, shops, restaurants, Spar for groceries, museums & St Stephen’s Cathedral. The apartment is spacious, comfy, clean & well equipped with everything a traveller needs. The host was wonderful and she allowed us to check-in early. Check out is up to 12:00 pm which is great.

We were met at the apartment and shown around, and also given some local info. Is was clean, bright, quiet and spacious. The location is superb and very well connected to public transport. We would definitely stay here again when in Vienna.

Airy, spacious penthouse apartment with amazing views. Great amenities. The Christmas tree and vinyl player were nice touches! Good location only a few steps from U-bahn station. The host checked in during the stay to make sure everything was ok!

A lovely bright flat with great views over the Karlsplatz. Very close to the UBahn station. (Once we had found the right exit, from the huge Karlsplatz station). Welcoming and really helpful Mr Atis and the lady who welcomed us and showed us round. Well placed for all the sights of the city.

What a fabulous apartment, exceeded our expectations in every way Ali the host was fantastic met me at the property, he was there already when I got there for my 15h check in time. Showed me around, very accommodating. 3 spacious airy bedrooms, modern design and furnishings, really comfy beds, crisp & fresh (what looked like brand new linen), great hot shower with plentiful hot water. Excellent complimentary toiletries, This spacious duplex apartment benefitted from 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. Three (yes 3) balconies, a bit windy to utilize during our late October stay but must be amazing in Summer time. Its in a fabulous location, bang next door to the museum(s) and the U-Bahn is right outside, 2 stops from Wien Central. (just beware to validate your ticket, the fines are large) from my unlucky experience. Fabulous restaurants and bars nearby, the U-Bahn system is super easy and cheap, as are the Ubers, so makes it super easy to get around from this well located property Easy communication with the owner, I will definitely return to Vienna (next time with my partner as there is so much to explore in this fabulous city) and i will be sure to book one of these apartments. It was pouring with rain and storm when we arrived - how good to have delightful Atis meet us and help with luggage etc. and get us settled into apartment. Excellent and most comfortable apartment.

We had a lovely stay at Mar Suite Apartments! Such a beautiful and spacious apartments with all the amenities you could think of (and more)! Atis was a great host, checking in with us always and even doing extra printing for us! The apartment was centrally located and so close to so many wonderful attractions.

The location is just perfect. It was really convinient that the apartment is right in front of the U-bahn station(U4,U1). The apartment is bright, spacious, and spotless. It has everything we needed. The manager was very friendly and attentive. He let us early check-in and arranged a taxi to the airport. And the communication was always quick and easy. The views from the windows were really beautiful. We used to see Karlsplatz, Karlskirche, and Secession in the morning sunshine in the living room. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much!
