Location, close to everything you need to enjoy your stay in vienna ( opera house , shopping street, supermarket, restaurants....) , clean room , fully equipped kitchen, very kind and helpful staff, free coffee and bottles of water in lobby

Exceptional location within easy walking of most sights. Very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms are quiet with no noise from other rooms but trams were audible but did not cause an issue. Highly recommend this hotel

Staff in reception and restaurant are great, location is more than perfect , and for a family the apartment had a small kitchen that is well equipped for quick meals to kids
