Had a very enjoyable stay at the Leonardo could not fault it everything was excellent. A young man called Mohammed was very pleasant and very helpful to us on reception .I will definitely stay again

Great location close to the main railway station. Good sized comfortable and clean rooms with a a Nespresso coffee machine and fridge. Nice big bed. Would definitely recommend.

The breakfast area was overcrowded all the time, there was a lack of clean plates, cutlery. I took a coffee cup from the tray and it was not properly washed like all the other cups on the tray and notified the lady working in the area. She couldn’t deny it because it was obviously dirty, but gave me such a look as if it were a trifle. The food was not refilled on time. The room was cleaned well. The coffee machine didn’t work in the room. The location is the main advantage.

A very good value hotel, and the rooms are a decent size. The check in staff are very friendly and efficient. I liked the small self service store in the lobby and the hotel bar was excellent. I’ll make sure to stay here again on my next trip to Vienna.

The location is excellent - it would be good to know which exit to take at the train station tough. A very friendly 24h reception. Exceptional quick check in at 2 am - VERY much appreciated because all you want after the flight delays I had was to fall into bed.
