The hotel is perfectly located and the shops and many sights are within easy walking distance. The breakfast is excellent with everything from Austrian to Middle Eastern and Asian options available on a 'help yourself basis'. The rooms are large and comfortable with a lovely en-suite bathroom. There is lots of old-world charm about the place.

The hotel was the perfect place for our Christmas getaway- it had the right balance of old-school grandeur with high-quality furnishing. The main lobby has a beautiful Xmas tree and the pianist who played Christmas tunes all added to the festive vibe. The staff were generally polite and willing to make our stay very comfortable. Our room was a nice size with very high ceilings making it feel roomy and airy. The room was immaculate; the beds were comfy and we did not hear any noise when we slept. The hotel was very central which meant we could easily go to all locations by foot-ideal location for the numerous Xmas markets!

The hotel is on a perfect place, beautiful, old building.Everything is nearly, Albertina museum which is MUST in Vienna is 5 minutes away, shopping streets…This is my second time in the same hotel.

Fabulous breakfast. Ideally located very central to all main sightseeing spots. All staff were lovely and very accommodating.
