The hotel was clean, and they allowed us to check in early, as we had been travelling from 4am in the morning. Breakfast was excellent. Lots of choice. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The shower (no bath) water was hot and the pressure powerful. Decent sized room. The beds were comfortable and linen spotlessly clean. Room was warm. An excellent buffet breakfast was included. Only about 10mins or so walk from the Museum district and a longer but still quite easy walk to Stephansplatz. Good neighbourhood restaurants very close. Staff brought a second pillow almost instantly. VERY quiet.

It was really quiet, there was a kettle and tea, coffee in the room. Great bathroom and shower. Really good location to walk to the main town, and get to a bank and restaurants. There was a lift. The breakfast was really good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

Location was perfect for visiting numerous Christmas markets and close to many bus routes. Lovely complimentary warm fruit punch with gingerbread biscuits in the reception area of the hotel. Friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast with lots of variety and good coffee. Room was a great size with balcony and view over the back garden, very quiet location. Plenty of storage space, power outlets and modern bathroom. Highly recommend staying at Hotel Zipser.

Perfect location, very close to Vienna Rathaus, with many restaurants around. Extremely clean and very comfortable room. Close parking considering the location. Wide range and very good quality breakfast. Very helpful staff.

Staff was very nice.breakfast is complete i cant ask for more.short distance from the tramline no.2 that will bring you to vienna airport line bus station at Morzinplatz.the property is located within a walkable distance to most tourist spot.(max 20 mins)to city center.the place is safe during night walk.recomended and given the chance i will book again hotel zipster

Everything was beautiful. The room was warm, and the bed was comfortable. Facilities were very useful. Friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Breakfast was delicious. The place was very clean and charming. I would certainly stay there again! 😀
