The location is superb, the rooms, although small were very confortable and offer all one needs for a short or long stay. It was clean and although overlooking the street the room was quiet. the breakfast was divers and generally good.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was big and comfortable. The breakfast included various dishes and was delicious. It’s located close to the major sites.

The location of the hotel was perfect, and even that was in the middle of all the main shopping area, our room was quiet. Our room was not ready on arrival but the lady at the reception was polite and asked us to return offering to sore our luggage. Very clean - not a speck of dust.

The location is super perfect. It's right in the Heart of Vienna. The staff are all lovely, including the kitchen staff. Although, everyday the breakfast menu doesn't change, still nice and yummy. I would definitely come back there again and would recommend it to anyone who likes to save in uber n public transport to Vienna city. Cheers from Australia

The location was exceptional and the staff were extremely professional and helpful and when we decided to stay an extra night they very kindly accommodated us in another room. The breakfast was fab also.

Excellent location. Staff friendly and helpful. We really appreciated the cleanliness. The breakfast was outstanding and even provided gluten free options and bread for coeliacs. We would highly recommend.
