The location was superb. A few steps from Schönbrun palace were the main reason why we booked this hotel. The room was very quiet, and the windows faced the inner jard. Enough towels and the possibility to make a tea.

Great location if you want to stay close to the palace. Also the metro station is just a minute away. The place itself is old, but well maintained and really spacious. Loved it.

The location of the hotel is great - it's near Schonbrunn palace and the Zoo. It's also super near to a subway station. The staff at the reception was incredibly hospitable and helpful. The room was clean.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is great - really close to Schloss Schönbrunn and also to a subway station from which Vienna city center/main station are easily accessible. We also loved the building in which the hotel is located - very beautiful and classical. If I return to Vienna, I will definitely stay here again if possible!
