Wonderful classic hotel at the main shopping area. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. Restaurants were fantastic. We were also given immediate access to the cafe as hotel residents even though there were queues outside. 100% recommended.

Immaculate beautiful hotel with staff that recognise there hotel guests. Conseierg desk were fabulous and pointed us in right direction with regards to national dining .

Staff were all attentive, polite and bent over backwards to make our stay comfortable. Location was perfect, our room spotlessly clean and breakfast delicious with much choice to suit all. We will definitely come again.

i really like the idea that the minibar was removed .. well i didn't find it .. i love the wood flooring , makes it so much cleaner and less stuffy, i even heard the roomservice bell this time...

Very professional staff. You get what you expect from such a hotel. The location ist really perfect and you can walk to most tourtist atractions. The Oper is right in the front of the hotel and there is also an underground station.

Historic hotel with beautuful interiors in a great location for shops, restaurants and sightseeing. All the staff provided a high level of service .Looking forward to staying there again.
