The fine print
The whole city centre is a limited parking area, liable to charges. In the 8th district, where our house is located, you are only allowed to park the car for 2 hours. Limited parking is Monday till Friday, 09:00 to 22:00.
The hotel offers guests reduced parking tickets for the public garage Otto-Wagner-Platz (approximately 5 minutes walk from the Pension). You can enter the garage when you arrive and pull a parking ticket. At the reception you will receive a hotel parking card.
At your departure the fee of the pulled parking ticket will be charged on the hotel parking card and then you are able to leave the garage. If you should exceed the validity of the card, you have to pay the balance directly at the garage. Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.

it has very easy access to transport. the place (room and toilet) is very clean and they do clean the room everyday as well. there was a refrigerator in our room. the room has a vintage tinge to it.

A beautiful hotel with an aristocratic style and a perfect location. Right across the street, there is a tram stop, a supermarket, and several restaurants. The breakfast buffet is very large, offering a selection for every taste. The rooms are spacious and bright, but slightly outdated.

I had a fantastic stay at Hotel Baronesse during my visit to Vienna. As a solo traveler, I booked a single room, and it exceeded my expectations in many ways. The room was cozy, well-maintained, and spotlessly clean, with a charming classic design that perfectly matched the hotel’s elegant ambiance. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the thoughtful amenities, such as a small desk, a minibar, and a well-functioning heating system, which made my stay even more pleasant. The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, always ready to assist with any requests or recommendations. The location is another big plus – situated in a quiet yet central area, with easy access to public transport. If I had to mention any minor downsides, the bathroom was slightly small, but it did not significantly impact my overall experience.

First and foremost the flexibility and understanding for customers. Our flight was cancelled and we arrived 1 day late, but despite we cancelled the first day late, they did not charge us for it. Thank you so much folks!!
