Excellent location for seeing the wonderful city of Vienna. Staff were attentive and polite. Very attractive breakfast buffet with a great selection of hot and cold food, the girls were in traditional dress, very nice.

The room is very spacious, and the facilities in the room are very nice—containing various washing utilities and a large tub. The room is quite clean and tidy, and the view outside the window is beautiful and pleasant.

Perfect central location. Comfortable, spotless rooms. The staff were lovely and breakfast was excellent. All round, a great place to stay.

The hotel is located in a central position in Vienna city centre within a 5-min walk to Stephensplatz. Next to the underground and plenty of restaurants in addition to one of the Christmas markets. It’s an older property and retains a lot of period details, paintings, marble busts etc. rooms are split over 4 floors which are served by a lift.
