the accommodation was worth the money. considering what the reviews are, we were worried about where we were going, but actually everything is phenomenal. The breakfast is phenomenal, the comfort of the accommodation is great. We have special praise for the beautiful Dajana, who works at the hotel reception and who is very kind. we will definitely come again!

The fact that we had a room immediately, even though we were already at the hotel before check-in time, so we could rest in the room after a long bus journey. As the heating in our room didn't work, we were given an electronic heater in the afternoon which warmed the room. The central location made it easy for us to get everywhere.

I was a bit suspicious of this hotel, as I read all the feedback from other people, but in the end it wasn't bad. The beds were made, the room was okfor the price and yes, there was some mold in the bathroom, but for this low price in the middle of the city, I was still happy. There was plenty of food for breakfast and you could choose from more options.

We liked the hotel vibe very much. The decor and feel was very welcoming and comfortable. The location was perfect for us as it was close to where we wanted to be. The transport links were easy and quick to use; both tram and underground subway. The breakfast was varied and of good quality and served in a lovely traditional alpine hotel style room. We loved it. Extremely good value for money. Our floor was getting renovated and it will all look lovely when it's complete. Very nice hotel which we would return to and recommend.

We loved that it was near the tram stop and the underground for ease of travel. The lobby was great and the decor was very authentic. The rooms were well appointed and a decent size.
