The excellent location. You walk few minutes and you get most of the popular landmarks. Some staff were friendly. Others just the basic greeting.

Very friendly staff, top location and very comfortable and large room! Public transport close by and nice restaurants too if you prefer a short walk after exploring the city all day.

Brilliant location, just a couple of minutes walk to all the central sights. Staff excellent, very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, not massive, but enough to get you to the first Viennesse pastry and coffee

Excellent team who went out of their way to be of service and help you when needed. Location was brilliant. Shame they didn't have a bar where people could meet. Breakfast was fine

The staff went above and beyond to help us when our daughter was unwell . The reception staff as well as the breakfast staff welcomed us daily with a cheery smile . The Hotel was in a fantastic position. So close to the Stephenplatz church , markets and shops . The breakfast was delicious and the beds were very comfortable. Overall exceptional customer service
