Hotel Overview

“The friendliest hotel we've ever stayed at!”

The staff were incredibly welcoming and genuinely friendly - every interaction was really positive and made our trip so much nicer. The breakfast had a great selection and catered really well to dietary requirements (gluten free and vegan). Everything also seemed very fresh and there were different options each day which was a nice touch. The lobby was beautiful and immaculate. We felt welcomed as a family: the cot bed we requested was well set-up and made every day, and our little boy was given a bear when we arrived. Standard checkout at 12pm was also very helpful, as was an early breakfast start time of 6.30am. The location is perfect with the city centre and Prater in walking distance and underground and tram stops to all key sights nearby, as well as shops and restaurants. The shower/ bath had plenty of hot water and great water pressure.

Nice breakfast & the location is ideal only a few minutes walk from the hotel to the train station making it easy to get to other places. The receptionists were quite polite and helpful. We enjoyed our complementary drink for free and it was a pleasant stay🙂
