Grea location, walking distance for all city center highlights, and right oppoiste all public transport connections. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

The staff were really friendly, especially the breakfast staff. They offered cake and coffee in the afternoon for free. I had minor issues with my room that were swiftly dealt with. The tube station and trams were very close making getting to and from the hotel easy. There's also plenty of eating places within a 5 minute walk

Location is second to none, walkable to Stephansplatz and right in front of the intersection of two u-bahn and multiple tram lines, you can get anywhere in the city with ease.

Breakfast and surprise of having afternoon tea and cake also available. Location was close to everything. Easy to get around. Staff were very helpful and informative. Late checkout of 12pm was also good.

The hotel is simply amazing!! It is located very near to the city center, the u-Bahn station almost in front of the hotel. As for the hotel itself, is very clean, the breakfast very tasty with lots of options. But the most important part of the hotel is the staff! They are so friendly and polite. Thank you Angela and the girls of the breakfast crew that made us a beautiful surprise on Sunday, for my husband’s birthday!! You are so sweet! I think we found our forever hotel for every time we will be visiting Wien!

Location is great,metro station is 2 min walk,10 min walk from city center. Hotel is really cosy and breakfast was super nice. What mostly makes this hotel great is their staff. Super friendly,helpful and special praise to Marc who really knows how to engage with customers! He was also so kind with greeting us every time in our language (Serbian)! Hope this hotel is aware how amazing staff at reception they have.
