The double room (though it was actually a twin room) is big and clean. Good housekeeping service. Good location - next to the stop of tram D that goes directly to many attractions and train station Wien Hbf. It takes 40 minutes by tram to get to the main train station but the route is enjoyable. Close to Dunalkanal - a perfect place for walking or running full of street art.

The staff responded to every request we had (we changed our check in times a couple of times because of a dynamic schedule) and were very nice and friendly. The rooms were really clean and the location is well connected to the center with tram and subway.

Friendly and helfpul staff, the room was spacious, clam and the beds were confortable. The location was also good, easy access to the city by metro or tram.

-The hotel is very close to the public transportation which was very good for us, as tourists. -The room was very clean from the start and it was maintained daily by the staff. -Delicious and many options for breakfast. -Room had all that we need -Friendly staff

-Amazing breakfast. So much to choose and delicious!!! -Clean room. Everyday cleaning with changing towels. -The hotel is 2 minutes walking to the nearest Straßenbahn station, line D. You can go everywhere easily. -Near the hotel are supermarkets and restaurants and pharmacies. -Safe area

Staff was very friendly:) Also, room was clean and good for its price. Even tho breakfast did not have much things to choose from, but it was delicious:) District may seem unsafe (because it is quiet) but I think location is perfect, it’s not loud outside as in other areas in Vienna and you can reach almost everything easily. Right near hotel goes tram D which will take you to the city centre and central station:)
