Excellent staff both on reception and at breakfast, always pleasant and willing to help. Plenty of choices at breakfast, very comfortable bed, room spacious for 3 adults. Location great for exploring the city.

The room was spacious, clean and warm. The location is very central so we were walking most of the time. The metro line is just 5min away and the tram line is just outside the hotel. Friendly staff.

The location of the hotel is great, minutes away from the city centre and the main attractions. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great with a nice coffee machine and a good variety of options.

The hotel is located in the Center of Vienna and is very close to everything. We barely had to use any public transportation. Also the transfer to the airport is just 15 min walk from there thorough Stadtpark. The room was very spacious and the bathroom had a bath which we didn’t expect. When we checked out we were able to leave our luggage in a luggage room for free until our flight.
