An amazing location which has a very good access to public transport (to centre 2 stops with the tram). Very good staff, welcoming and helpful. We really liked the room and had everything we need. Breakfast also good for extra €15 which was totally worth it. Good for vegetarians too. 5* for the receptionists. When we arrived was very easy to check in and the girl was very friendly. Same for when we checked out, girl was also friendly and nice. Hotel Florum, well done. I hope we will find betel’s like yours in the future! All the best, Mihai & Govinda

It was clean, cozy. The check in and check out was fast and easy even at 11PM. The breakfast was all-round good.

The location is great, the breakfast is okay, the bed is very comfortable, but so are the pillows.

Room dimension, comfortable bed, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries free of charge available at reception. Helpful staff. The hotel is in a neighborhood close to the old town, there's trams and a metro station nearby. Lots of good ethnic restaurant if you want to try something different than austrian cuisine. All in all a good option if you only want to spend 1 or 2 nights in Wien.

The location is really amazing! You should consider as the bus departs for airport just couple of minutes away, by foot and it is just as that close to center of the town. Very safe and calm area. The room is pretty clean with nice and clean sheets. Comfortable bed.

The general vibe of the hotel is good. Staff with nice attitude. Shampoo with good smell. Room cleaned everyday and was quite large.

The hotel is centrally located, just a few minutes from the city center. We were able to check in early at no extra charge. The breakfast was amazing, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious and clean.

We stayed in the hotel to sleep only,We had breakfast and spent.time outside about the room was clean even the bathroom was very clean. Got two big towels and abput 4 face towels. Beds were made everyday
