The location of the hotel was walking distance to one of the most beautiful cities l have ever seen. The room had all that one would need for a comfortable stay. The staff were willing to assist in what to see and restaurants to eat.

Location was superb. Right round the corner from the hugely impressive stephens cathedral and walking distance from museums, cafes, restaurants. The room was pleasant and comfortable and clean. We loved the big sliding window which meant we could get a good view of the world going by. Fridge was great to have.

Everything was made perfect for us by the staff. Initially we were given a room that had a separate toilet which didn't suit my partner's needs but Franck was very helpful and moved us to another room. The breakfast was superb and so was the location, the beds very comfortable and everything else was provided on request. We will be back!

All the Staff especially the receptions Sahra and all, When asking for advice they where there to help any time. Location super. Breakfast excellent. That welcome hot tea during day and night was super. Very safe to walk to the hotel from city centre. We recomand the hotel to the best possible. Especially for seniors

Great location. Short walk from Stephansplatz. Excellent service. Was able to check-in early after 26 hour flight. Complementary afternoon tea was a lovely bonus. Clean spacious room. Big bathroom with heated floor and towel rails was very welcome in December.

Room was a good size, beds comfortable, free coffee and nespresso machine was a bonus! Staff were lovely and attentive to any needs, responded well to my questions prior to my visit. I did not pay for the breakfast. Location was brilliant, 5 minutes walk from some of the main attractions of Vienna

Breakfast excellent. Staff very friendly. Nice touches like a pot of tea permanently available when we returned from our day out.
