I expected more modern design of the building and rooms. Everything was absolutely standard, including breakfast. Today other hotels in the same price offer more amenities.

The room was a fantastic stay, the staff were friendly and accommodating. There's a bus stop right in front of the hotel's entrance taking you to town. The U-bahn station and Schönbrunn palace (highly recommend a visit!) are only a 10-15 mins walk away. I only have a minor complaint that toothpaste & slippers were not provided for free, but this didn't take away from the experience.

The Christmas atmosphere was absolutely gorgeous! Very near to the Schornbrunn Christmas Market. Very quiet place!

I think the location, view, and cleanliness of the hotel are truly excellent. I would also like to thank the staff in particular; they were very attentive and kind. I would especially like to thank Ms. Aurelia. Thanks to her, I was able to find a pharmacy on Sunday and get the necessary medication. She was very attentive from check-in to check-out. I sincerely appreciate her efforts.
