Please note that there is no direct road access to the hotel because of its location in a pedestrian zone. You can be met by staff at Singerstraße, opposite the hotel, who can help you with luggage and park your car in one of the nearby garages. I recently stayed at this hotel, and while the room itself was clean and comfortable, my overall experience was mixed. The air conditioner worked perfectly, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. However, the reception staff left much to be desired. They were quite rude and unhelpful, making the check-in process frustrating.

The location, adjacent to the stunning cathedral was the deciding factor in our choice of hotel for New Year in Vienna. It was also a great base to be able to see much of the city, either on foot or to take advantage of the close proximity of the various Metro stations, however…..

A Truly Exceptional Stay at DO&CO in Vienna. This was our second stay at the DO&CO Hotel, and it exceeded our expectations once again. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Vienna, directly across from the iconic St. Stephen's Cathedral. The view from our warm, cozy room was breathtaking, with the cathedral as a stunning centerpiece. Each day, we were delighted to find chocolates and sweet treats waiting for us in our room, a thoughtful touch that made our stay even more special. The staff were outstanding—friendly, attentive, and professional. A special mention goes to Niko at the reception desk, whose kindness and gentle demeanor made us feel truly welcome.

The location was superb. Right across the St.Stephan's Cathedral, with a full view to the Stephansplatz. The metro station was right near the hotel. Very good breakfast (although it was an a la carte breakfast, of which I am not really a fan), the hotel was very clean, big room and an extra bed for our son.

the location is fantastic, the Dome suite was great and came with a well stocked bar and a qrap around balcony. dont be put off by the entrance.

The hotel is centrally located on Stephansplatz which makes it ideal for Christmas markets, shopping and sure seeing. The U1 metro is directly outside the hotel. The room was comfortably appointed with comfortable bed. Sofa, useful desk and pleasant ensuite.
