For the second year in a row, we are staying at the same hotel. We are extremely satisfied with everything, especially the service. The hotel’s location is perfect for us, its facilities are top-notch, and the breakfast is excellent.

The stay was comfortable. Staff is very hospitable. Great gym facility with instructor. Tasty breakfast buffet. It was walking distance to my meeting venue and is right across the metro station, making it super convenient to travel across Vienna with connecting trains. A small diner outside for a quick coffee. Heating across the property and room was comfortable.

This hotel was absolutely incredible—everything was perfect! Even the automated market downstairs was super convenient. The staff spoke excellent English and were very professional. The room was fantastic, and overall, everything was just great. The only downside was that the heating from the air conditioning wasn’t strong enough, which was a bit challenging in the cold weather. The location is right next to the metro, which is convenient, but not the best possible spot. That being said, considering the price-performance ratio, this hotel is truly outstanding! Highly recommended!

We arrived in the early morning and they shortly provide us with a room. Also the hotel surprised me with a special present on my birthday. Thanks much to Kristina - the receptionist for organizing it.

Really clean hotel, lovely staff and excellent sauna facilities with great views of the football stadium and horse racing track. Transport links excellent with u-bahn station two mins walk away. Would stay again if going to Vienna

Amazing location of the hotel, nice people and basically everything was really great. There should be bigger offer in restaurant but what was there was fine. Breakfast big but not on site made eggs.
