Just around the corner from the Mariahilfer Straße shopping street, this family-run hotel is only 30 metres from the Neubaugasse underground station. Free Wi-Fi is available in public areas.
Continental Hotel-Pension is situated on the upper floors of an office and apartment building. Rooms offer city views and feature cable TV, minibars, safes, and bathrooms with a hairdryer. Air conditioning is available in most of the rooms.

Good location right off the main long shopping mall. Only a 5 minute walk to public transport and one of the Hop on Hop Off Bus stops. Room and bathroom were very small but clean and warm and you don't siege to much time in the room in any case when you are out sightseeing. Reception staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but enough choices to start the day, ie cereal, breads, pastries, yoghurts, cheeses and hams. No cooked options other than toast. Lots of coffee shops around the corner in the mall. Finding the entrance to the hotel is a little difficult as it's a communal entrance into a building then follow the signs to reception on the 3rd floor.

I really appreciated the warm welcome at arrival before check-in time and that I could leave my luggage already in my room during cleaning while I went off to explore. Location is brilliant, close to public transport and not far from Christmas markets and museums. Breakfast was okay.
