We asked a hotel staff that we needed to put the cheese in the fridge, and also the room was a little too cold. Then they immediately gave us a small fridge and a heater for free. They were so kind and friendly.

Not far to walk to get to xmas market in Rathausplatz. Reasonably quiet road. Mini bar in reception with honesty box for chilled drinks was great idea.

One of the appealing features of this apartment was its provision of two full beds instead of a sofa bed, which adds to the overall comfort. The spacious layout is well-suited for four adults, allowing for a pleasant experience that truly reflects the charm of a Viennese residence. While it may not be located right next to the major tourist attractions, the location is quite convenient, offering easy access to public transportation. This makes it an ideal choice for visiting the Christmas markets, which was our primary objective for the trip.

This is a very basic guest house. More like an up market hostel.. If you take it as such, for the money, it is excellent. Lovely staff. Clean and organised. Plenty of hot water. Kettle in room. We didn’t have the breakfast but it looked great. Quiet too and secure.

Large comfortable room.Walking distance to some xmas Market. A bit far away from others but uber was always available reasonably price.
