Hotel Columbia is a family-run guest house set in a historic building, in a central location of Vienna and a 5-minute walk from the Town Hall and the metro stop. Free WiFi is available.
The rooms are fitted with cable TV, a safety deposit box and a bathroom with shower. The hotel offers for all guests a big fridge in the public area instead of the minibars in the room, so 2,2 tons of carbon dioxide (CO2) is saved every year for a better environment.

Not far to walk to get to xmas market in Rathausplatz. Reasonably quiet road. Mini bar in reception with honesty box for chilled drinks was great idea.

One of the appealing features of this apartment was its provision of two full beds instead of a sofa bed, which adds to the overall comfort. The spacious layout is well-suited for four adults, allowing for a pleasant experience that truly reflects the charm of a Viennese residence. While it may not be located right next to the major tourist attractions, the location is quite convenient, offering easy access to public transportation. This makes it an ideal choice for visiting the Christmas markets, which was our primary objective for the trip.
