The fine print
For all bookings of one month or longer there is a cleaning service once a month with change of bedding. Additionally, for stays of one month or longer there is a final cleaning fee of 140 EUR which you pay once upon arrival.

Pet fee for a stay of one week until two weeks (7days – 13 days) = EUR 20,00 per day.
Pet fee for a stay of two weeks to a month (14-29 days) = EUR 15,00 per day.
Pet fee for a stay of over 1 month (over 29 days) = EUR 10,00 per day.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

The apartment is good equipped, it is spacious with high ceiling. It is clean, the furniture is of good quality, the bed is comfortable and it is pleasant to stay there.
