Very nice location, city center. The staff is friendly, breakfast is good, standard will satisfy both children and adults. The room is clean, quite enough for two.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The location couldn't have been better - very close to all the main sights. The best part was the late check- out as we were getting an overnight train. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

- the staff was very friendly - there were enough coat hangers in the closet - iron board available around the clock - overall very quite environment - modern and tasteful bathroom - heavy curtains entirely blocking the daylight - slippers

The location is outright excellent, everything in the city centre is within easy reach. The room facing the inner side of the building was quiet, very nice, well maintained, and cleaned to a high standard. The bathroom was of a great size, and very easy to use. Staff is fabulous, attentive, very helpful, and super easy to deal with. Breakfast was great, too. I will book it again in a heartbeat when I return to Vienna, it's excellent value for money.

This was was third trip to the city. Best location for Vienna. The hotel is compact with best facilities. Breakfast was excellent. My mom (76), my nephew (11) and were all very very pleased.
