The hotel is nicely decorated and quite comfortable except for the fact that there wasn't a single plug in the kitchenette had to boil the kettle on the floor next to it and no dish drying rack either which is a shame because otherwise the room has everything you need . The room was clean when we arrived but was not cleaned once during our 8 day stay despite the fact that we requested it. We did get some fresh towels and toilet paper, though, when we asked for them. The staff was great, polite and helpful. The breakfast was small and lacked variety but was tasty nonetheless. The wifi was good and the coffee machine in the lobby was working 24/7. The vending machine in the lobby was also very convenient. The location is not the best, especially if travelling with children, quite a walk to the subway but there is a bus stop a couple of minutes walk away that takes you to the centre. There are a few restaurants, supermarkets and shops nearby. The elevator was extremely slow, which was one of the major disadvantages. Overall I would recommend this hotel, it's a great option for the price.

Not in the city center but very easy to get there with the transport, the breakfast was simple but very good and had all the necessary. Clean rooms and easy access. Max at the reception was super friendly and helpful and the WiFi worked great.

Breakfast was excellent, quiet neighborhood, good location if one does not mind a bit of walking to reach the primary Vienese sites. Staff were friendly, underground parking (extra daily fee) a bit too toght.
