The hotel is in an excellent location, close to a metro station, and situated in a very quiet neighbourhood of Vienna. There is also a large shopping mall nearby, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly and always ready to assist with any request. The breakfast is diverse and of good quality. Highly recommended!

The location was great. Very close to the metro, tram and buses. Around the building there are 3 malls with clothing, supermarkets, restaurants, cinema, etc

The location is great. The metro station is a 2-minute walk away, the hotel is surrounded by a large shopping mall, Stephansplatz is less than 10 minutes away by metro. The hotel is also easy to reach by car. All the hotel staff are very friendly and provided us with all the information we needed. There were many options for breakfast, including healthy and vegan options. The room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. You can request a pillow that is tailored to your needs. The rooms have enough space to store personal belongings and plenty of mirrors.
