The location is perfect, close to the river and the city center. The hotel staff were very kind and helpful. Parking was easy.

The room was very clean. The location is good, next to Danube river. I was traveling with a motorcycle and I left my motorcycle outside when I arrived. The employee saw my helmet and she offered me a parking spot in a small underground and locked parking place they had (free of charge). I really appreciated the fact that my motorcycle was secured. It's a good choice, especially for motorcycle travellers.

The hotel is within walking distance of almost all of the main attractions. It was nice, quiet hotel with very friendly staff. Excellent experience.

We arrived early at the property and the lady on reception was friendly and let us leave our bags at reception while our room was prepared. Gave a good restaurant recommendation when asked and also let us leave our luggage at reception after checkout while we waited for our onward transportation. Excellent location close to the river and a short walk to the fortress. Quiet street. Comfortable beds. Communication was in Bulgarian so can't comment on language ability of staff
