Guests under the age of 16 are only allowed to use the spa facilities daily from 10:00 to 17:00 and when accompanied by an adult.
The access to the Vidago Spa Circuit (Vitality Pool, Indoor Pool, Sauna, Hammam, two Experience Showers, Ice Fountain and Gym) have cost of 10.00 EUR per Adult, per day. Children with between 03 and 16 years pay 5 EUR per child, per day.
Please note that pets are only accepted in Superior (Garden rooms). Only one pet per room is accepted and for the extra fee of 60 EUR per night. Pets are not allowed to access the public areas of the property.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

The charme of the people, the quality of the service the beauty off the building , the excellent green location, with the possibility of spending quality time in the Spa or on the golf court, makes this One of the best hotels in the world. !!TOP!!! I shall return!

This place is excellent by I can´t understand why in a 5 star hotel I have to pay to use the spa facilities (inside pool, steam bath sauna, etc.). It makes no sense. The staff is the best we can find. I travel a lot and the profissionalism and kindness of the staff is the best I can find, even I notice they are very limited for the amount of people they need to attend. Nevertheless they make a high standard service.

It is a magnificent build, inside and out. It is modernised and well maintained. The staff are professional and attentive. It is nice to be greeted by porters who take luggage straight away, and then park the car ! The ballroom restaurant is spacious and graceful and the chef has put together a clever menu, complimented by a well selected wine list.

Excellent treatment by the staff, even in dire times with all the nearby fires they did a superb job. Beautiful location that takes you back to the 1900s.

Vidago Palace Hotel has exceeded all my expectations - everything was perfect and I am delighted for having experienced it! The building is absolutely stunning and that was the reason we visited. But that will no longer be the only reason why we'll return - and we will return! From the housekeeping, to the restaurant(s), bar, pool(s), spa, valet or front-desk staff, everyone offers you an exceptional service. They're all very attentive and kind. The grounds of the hotel are neatly kept, with attention to every detail. The "Salāo Nobre" restaurant, the breakfast room, the entrance staircase, the overall décor, the little lake and island, and the excellency in service, transport you to what we can only imagine to what must have been to live in a luxurious place during the Belle Époque.
