The B&B is located in a central area of Victoria, Gozo. It is a quaint old townhouse. We had a good bedroom with an en suite bathroom. Breakfast was very good and it was served in our room. Kettle for hot water was provided in the room to make tea or coffee (also provided). The owner was very friendly and also recommended some restaurants in the vicinity. We would not hesitate to book this B&B on another visit to Victoria.

This stunning and spacious apartment, nestled in a beautifully renovated townhouse in the heart of Victoria, is an absolute gem! Despite its central location, the atmosphere is wonderfully serene, making it the perfect escape for a relaxing holiday. You’re just a few steps away from the bus terminal, offering convenient access to every corner of Gozo around the clock. Plus, you’re surrounded by top-notch cafes, restaurants, and all the amenities and sights the city has to offer. The host is truly exceptional—hands down one of the best we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Always greeting us with a warm smile, eager to assist with helpful suggestions, and even delivering a delightful breakfast to our room each morning. The apartment is also a safe haven for LGBTQI+ couples, with official certification and specially trained owners who go above and beyond to ensure a welcoming stay. If you find a room available, don’t hesitate—book it right away!

We stayed 2 nights in Gozo and we were warmly welcomed by the hosts of Maria Townhouse, a beautiful and charming traditional house in center Victoria. Location was spot-on, just steps away from the main square, on a quiet street, near the cathedral. Restaurants and coffee shops nearby, but do follow the suggestions the hosts provides. The hosts were very welcoming, this is a family owned business and seems to be run with lots of passion and implication. They care for their guests and accomodate all needs and travel advice. Breakfast is served in the room or in the inside terrace. Lovely stay.

The host was extraordinary. She went far above our expectations. Anna is the most loving and cheerful person you can imagine. We felt more than welcome anf didn't want to leave her place any more. Breakfast was individually prepared depending on our demand. We can do nothing but recommend Marias Townhouse to everyone, who loves authentic experiences and who doesn't want to stay at a hotel where every room looks the same. We had the time of our lifes. Really homely feel, the host was so helpful and kind. My room had a garden that was shared with the main kitchen and it was a fabulous addition. The bed was so comfy.
