I loved everything. The location, the service and we had the view of the waterhole from our room. Our stay was generally great. It would be appreciated if the hotel would have better wiFi connection especially in the rooms. May be useful when booking a stay to know that even without booking a room with a waterhole view there are many places within the hotel you can still view animals from.

The views and the location really make this. You have that sense of already being on Safari as the property backs out onto the national park. There is plenty of animal activity in and around the hotel grounds we saw wart hogs, monkeys, vultures and different types of deer and antelope. We even saw an elephant on the way to the hotel. We had a room that looks out onto the watering hole however there is plenty of opportunity to view it at the pool and at the restaurant as well. The food in the restaurant is excellent so we only ate there in the evenings. We used the lodge as our base and went out on daily activities. The staff were helpful and friendly. Although the pool is not massive, we always found a lounger and it never felt overcrowded and there is plenty of shade. Comfortable beds. If we ever visit Victoria Falls again, we would we would stay here.

The location was exceptional and it was wonderful to see the wildlife around the Watering Hole, especially the elephants. The service and all the staff were exceptional and really looked after you.

The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The lodge boasts stunning panoramic views of the Zambezi National Park and its watering hole. Watching animals gather for drinks at sunset from the viewing deck is a truly magical experience.

The hotel is good overall, the room was quite small and a little tired. The bathroom, needs a good lick of paint and maybe some new features.The lighting in the room or bathroom isn't the best for doing make up. The food in the bar was quite good, the breakfast had a good selection, the main restaurant was good but not brilliant but that could have been the choices I made. There isn't any entertainment during the evening, or areas to sit and mingle with other guest, no tv in rooms, which isn't a big deal but most hotels offer this if you require it.

The hotel is on a hilltop overlooking the bush. The views are stunning. The building itself is cleverly designed to give a proper bush lodge feeling. The rooms are comfortable, the staff excellent.
