The communication, airport transfers and onsite support was fantastic. The staff couldn't do enough for you and went above and beyond in collecting my missing luggage when it arrived whilst I was on a guided tour.

Great place to stay and would stay there again. Friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Bit of a walk to/from town.

Its a pretty decent place overall, with a swimming pool (which we couldn't use as it was too cold) and a cozy seating area where you can ask them to prepare your dinner, if you'd like to eat it at the backpackers. There's also a chef in the morning who can prepare breakfast (for an additional but reasonable price). It was not too loud and is located in a quiet place. They also arranged shuttles to and from Victoria Falls at a reasonable price.

A friendly place with a nice common area around the pool. The shared kitchen has everything you need. Comfortable bed with mosquito net. Good wifi.

My son loved the pool. On request meals and BBQ are provided. We enjoyed our meal.

really cute, exceeded expectations. comfortable bed, friendly helpful staff and great value for money. the room was small but comfortable, pool was great good facilities kitchen etc although we didn't use them
