My stay at The Shrub was fantastic. The staff members are friendly from the reception desk, the dining room, the chef, security guard and even the laundry lady. They are so respectful, polite and welcoming. They endeavour to make your stay as comfortable as possible and they surely managed to offer me a memorable stay.

The staff is very helpful and patient. They booked all of our activities and the hotel provides efficient transport. If you enjoy quietness this is the place for you. It's in a good area with lots of other lodges nearby. It's about 5 min drive to town, you're not in the main center but close enough. Clean lodge. Beautiful pool area. Value for money

Friendly and helpful staff.Transport is available to Victoria Falls from the Lodge at usd$10(return trip per person). The pool is nicely kept for those who fancy a refreshing swim. Breakfast is basic but we loved the fresh fruits.

All the staff were friendly and most helpful, including the drivers of the shuttle, the waiter, Washington and the receptionists, Faith and Everline. Although the accommodation was a little way from the town and the falls, it was easy and inexpensive to organise their shuttle service for transport. The surroundings and pool were well cared for. The bedroom and ensuite were clean and neat and the bed was very comfortable. We were very happy with the included breakfast and the generous quantity of food in the dinner meal we ate at the restaurant.

The staff were amazing. They organised activities. They organsied transfers, nothing was too hard. All the activities were amazing. The rooms were on the bigger size so had space when not doing activities. The pool was great to cool off in. The food was good.
