Lovely quiet location only a short taxi ride to the town. The owner was away during our stay but Pretty, Manuel and all the other staff were exceptional. The young man sweeping the leaves every morning always gave a smile and a friendly wave. Prior to our stay the owner booked our airport transfer, safari trip to Chobe and the Brandeis dinner cruise. Pretty was always available to book taxis and generally give advice. Pretty kindly supplied a packed lunch for our early start for the safari. Our stay was faultless and we shall definitely stay there again on our next visit to Vic Falls.

Beautiful lodge in a quiet environment. The room was big and new so very comfortable. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The garden is very pleasant. There is also a nice restaurant nearby.

The rooms were big and spacious, clean as well. The staff was very friendly and ready to accommodate special requests. since i was attending a meeting, the staff went beyond to pressing and washing my clothes. The lodge provided tranquility that was exceptional, I personally appreciated that.

Big shout out to all the staff, especially Pretty. She was so friendly and helpful, driving us to town on a couple of occasions, helping with organising activities/tours. The room was lovely. Great shower, very spacious room and comfy bed. Having a cafe and supermarket 5 minutes walk away was really good. Nice part of town and felt very safe. Good pool and lounge area. Breakfast was lovely.

The staff here are amazing everyone is so friendly, welcoming, conscientious and helpful. The breakfasts are delicious and the grounds and gardens are beautifully maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Lovely quiet location in a safe area of town. Rooms were big and outlook lovely. Location private and peace. Owner and staff could have done enough and they can call a taxi and assist in arranging some of the activities in the falls. Would definitely go back over the big soulless hotels in town and in comparison to them in terms of cost better value for money outside backpackers. There is a bistro on the next corner and 7 till 11 grocery store so really convenient for something to eat. Plenty of outdoor space to relax and have a swim. The breakfast, included in the price was fantastic.

Spacious room, very friendly staff and a good breakfast. There's space to park a car safely inside the gate. A little out of the noise in town and the helicopters over the falls.
