Great communication with the host. Loved the location walking distance to everything. Clean and comfortable place to call home for a few days. Had everything we needed.

To be clear, we booked at Lotus Loft, but were upgraded to the Urban Den, which included parking. The hostess who met us, Margaret, was a gem. Her instructions were clear and she offered several great tips for our consideration. The apartment was clean, neat and comfortable and the location EXCELLENT! The double bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. I cannot speak for the pull-out bed used by the kids but they had no complaints. The location was exceptional! Within walking distance to virtually all of the best sights in downtown Victoria. We would DEFINITELY go back.
