What a wonderful location and the interior, the outlook, the sticky wicket.....everything screams the true essence of Victoria. You can literally walk all around and take a bus to anywhere around Victoria in just 1-2 min walk. The staff helped me with checking in early in minutes and also easing out my worries of checking in with a debit card. I will forever cherish this stay and recommend HIGHLY to book this place for its most epic location, price and everything else.

Very convenient location, close to the downtown core. Restaurants around. Not far from tourist hot spots. The rooms have been refurbished.

Very central location, friendly staff, clean and generous sized rooms I received a room upgrade which was a lovely surprise Susan was very helpful and found me a phone charger, also making me feel like no problem was too difficult. I was very happy with the staff

Eating facilities right next door, with excellent friendly staff. Newly redecorated, on bus route and close to visitors centre, harbour and main attractions.

It was a clean and comfortable stay within walking distance from downtown which allowed us to explore the city on foot but at the same time had a safe place to park our car overnight for $15/night.
