The staff was very friendly and the inside of the room had been nicely renovated. While the bathroom was a bit dated still, the overall experience was pleasant for the price tag.

Clean large room with all added features of a couch and desk, fridge, coffee maker and supplies and a hair dryer. Lots of hot water with excellent water pressure. A/C unit available if needed. Lots of pillows and lots of towels provided.

Denis in the office is a great guy! Not only was he very friendly but very knowledgeable and helpful! The motel peaceful, yet we were only a little way from the main street into Victoria! Where you can access a very good local bus network! Beds were comfortable!

Dennis was so good! We arrived at the Inn at a later time and he let us check inn and got us settled us for the night. In the morning, he was so kind to talk everything Victoria and the island has to offer. He even showed cheaper options for the family to enjoy! They gave us lots of towels, toiletries, and coffee supplies which is a great plus!

The staff were excellent. Very friendly. When we had an issue with the tv not working, it was attended to immediately. Staff also provided good referrals to food and directions to destinations during our stay. Encountered 3 different staff during our 1 night stay and we felt like they all went the extra mile to serve us. Although this is a budget friendly motel the service was 5 star.

Dennis office manager is great. All other staff very helpful. Giant rooms. Great location very proximal to downtown and en route. Kitchenette perfect. Lots of parking. Beds comfortable. Great with the dogs.

There were 2 double beds, which can fit up to 4 people. Although we were only 2 but we felt very comfy. They gave a lot of towels & shampoo. It was located quite close to downtown, only 1 bus away. There was a kitchenette & tablewares
