The location is convenient, close to everything. Rooms are clean. The receptionist, Roy is his name, is great at his job and very welcoming. His sense of humor is awesome!

Parking & wifi were included. Charming residential neighborhood. Room was freshly redecorated. Blackout curtains were effective. Breakfast hours were most of the morning so ok to sleep in. Food was tasty with free coffee refills.

I have stayed here at least three times and as always found it to be a very clean and comfortable place to stay. The hotel is very well located in the James Bay Area of Victoria area close to the city

location was excellent - walking distance to the park and sea wall, restaurant was excellent, staff v friendly. coffee in the morning in the lobby. free parking. room very clear although a bit cool but got an extra blanket..
