The hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location. Easy walking to everything downtown. Room was fine. Valet parking service was easy and convenient.

The location was great, and the staff friendly. Signing in was easy, and other than the bizarre smell in the bathroom, the room was clean. Loved the coffee machine in the lobby, it was nice to be able to grab a hot chocolate coming in from the cold and rain. :)
