I really like how they are improving the building and making so many improvements and updates.The bedding could be a bit more modern, and pillows should be a wee bit fuller. I am still very impressed and would definitely stay again.

The room was on the lower level and convenient to parking. Clean and bright, firm mattresses and plenty of blankets.

Very clean and tidy, comfortable bed and good bathroom. Had a great sleep here. Friendly staff who explained everything clearly.

Kitchen supplies were adequate. Large fridge. The TV was not working on our arrival. The staff were very responsive and gave us a small room price discount for the days without TV. . When removing the TV , it became clear that more thorough regular dusting and cleaning would be essential. The room price was OK as hotel prices in Victoria are quite high. But the total bill included an additional 19% due to a city charge and a 3% energy surcharge being added to the gst and hst.
