perfect location, but during the night we noticed the noise from the street. The receptionist was quite helpful and kept our ludgage next day (after our we were checked out).

Great lcation near food market and Palace. Very old staircase to rooms. Price. My room had a window into inner courtyard. In October the lack of AC was nit a problem.

The 3 people in the office are attentive and very helpful. They kindly solved my photo computer problem and changed the air conditioner (heatwave in Madrid). The bathroom is very large and has space for personal belongings. Very practical! I, who am not a light sleeper, finally slept very well.

It's in a great location, and it's amazing for the money you pay compared to the other places in the center of Madrid. The staff spoke English and answered all my questions and texts within hours. I must say that for that price and that location, the hostel and the service are fantastic. However, remember that it is fantastic for people who need a bed to sleep in and be in the center, to travel and explore. You will not go there to relax or enjoy the serenity of the hostel.
