The staff at the SHG Hotel was very friendly and attentive. I was warmly welcomed by the employees and although I was alone for dinner I was seated very well. The breakfast was good with delicious cafe.

Breakfast was very good. Underground parking is very convenient, and secure for car. Staff was very friendly. Position of the hotel is OK for the train rides to other towns. No complains.

Perfect for 1 night stay near Vicenza city center. Supermarket and pharmacy within walking distance. Underground free parking. English speaking staff, which is rare in Italy. Good american breakfast, not just sweets as usually in Italy.

Breakfast was very good. The Hotel staff at reception was very pleasant and helpful. She was professional and treated me with exceptional courtesy I didn't really like the Hotel location

Hotel has a garage and is 20 minutes' walk from the center. The rooms are spacious enough and the breakfast is very good.
