Location is probably the first point one will make. The hotel is in an old building, but very nice. Parking the car not for a junior driver, but the very friendly staff is there to assist and help. The room was big and offered enough storage space too. The breakfast buffet might be average, but the staff made up for it with excellent service.

The location is so central! And just 10 min walk from train station. Beautiful old palazzo, renovated rooms, modern bathroom, air conditioning, very good wifi. But most of all a very personal service, really attentive staff.

Wow...this place is glorious. Our oversized room...with what felt like 20' ceilings was amazing. We had room for four and then some. Large dining table and beautiful windows onto the active street below. We also had a smaller room for my wife and myself which was lovely as well. The staff was so accommodating and helpful as well. Next time I go to Vicenza I'm staying here!!
