It was the most comfortable stay in our trip through Toscany. We had everything we could possibly think of in the room, very good mattress and pillows quality, adjustable room and bathroom temperature. We especially liked a cozy and sunny terrace on the roof top.

Great that you can check in and out at any time. Had a good surprise with some baked goods provided one of the days and the facilities are nice and clean. Friendly staff.

The management (Giacomo) is friendly and efficient, checking in is a breeze. Local parking ticket was arranged by management which was helpful. The property is well kept, modern, clean and all together a pleasant place. The rooftop has a great terrace with loungers and two jacuzzi’s, all in good condition. The beach is a 50m walk with lots of restaurants and clothes shopping options. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful fall time on the coast of Tuscany - Giacomo and the whole team were super friendly and gave us valuable tips for restaurants near the residence. The rooms are modern and in very good condition. We particularly liked the comfortable beds and the quiet yet efficient air conditioning.

Great service and large apartments. Location is very central and close to the beach, the reception was also able to recommend pet friendly beach clubs. Rooftop was amazing. Easy check-in/check-out and they are also to help with parking.
