I liked everything, but the main highlight is the homely hospitality and sincerity! All employees are very friendly and the hotel has an atmosphere of close friends, where everyone is ready to help and be useful in everything. In addition, the hotel regularly hosts themed parties where the management communicates and gets to know the guests and treats them. I recommend everyone to come here and personally feel the wonderful atmosphere of this place!

The staff were so helpful on reception, definitely the best part of the hotel. Also amazing location, a quick walk to the beach, shops and park with lots of toddler rides and bikes to rent for €3. Perfect destination for anyone with toddlers or babies.

Very friendly staff, perfect location, excellent breakfast with delicious food, coffee, pancakes, cake. Clean rooms, nice decoration and atmosphere. Airconditioning.

Loved the friendliness of the staff and they were very helpful. Although there were quite a few quests, the hotel was always peaceful. Breakfast was the best we had in Tuscany. There was plenty of choice of fresh fruit and loads of cakes and various other items. The hotel is only a few minutes from the beach and only 20 minutes walk to the train station, which was easy journeys to Lucca and Pisa. It was also easy to get to and from Pisa airport by train. A tip for the beach is to use Carla, they were very helpful as we didn't want to pay €30 which included the swimming pool. We only wanted the beach, so they let us pay €20 for all-day beach or €10 for late afternoon.

Good location, clean, good breakfast and comfortable bed and quiet. We arrived a day late cus of the train strike and they were flexible and gave us the option of staying a day extra or a refund. We hope to stay again, thanks

The location of the hotel is great, just around the corner from the main strip and beach. The hotel staff are very friendly and kind. We got a free welcome drink on arrival as well as a small social for guests with free drinks and pasta. We stayed in one of the loft rooms, which was clean and comfortable. I liked that the room had a multi-usb charger that came in handy! The hotel also has bike hires which were well priced and good to use. We stayed for 6 nights and had a wonderful time here. Great value for money!

The location is ideal....so close to the beach. The seats out the front are lovely for a relaxing drink. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and friendly.

Very well placed, close to the beach and to everything in Viareggio. Very clean and the best staff I’ve seen in a hotel. Grazie a tutti! Extra bonus points for the terrace outside where you can hang out for a beer, wine or whatever from the bar, even late in the evening (Grazie Fabrizio! )
