Lovely old hotel, beautifully maintained. Full of character and wonderfully deorated. Fabulous location. The bed was probably the comfiest I have experienced, and daily cleaning in our room was an unexpected bonus. The balcony was worth a bit extra and the parking option, although expensive, was worthwhile. We arrived during a festival weekend and parking would have been very difficult without the reservation. Definitely would recommend and would stay again without hesitation.

Location was amazing with easy access to everything. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was very nice. The on-site bar was surprisingly reasonably priced and the setting was beautiful.

The property was brilliant, a lovely building close to the centre of town. Everything from the warm welcome to a wonderful breakfast and drinks in the garden, can’t fault it.

Everything! The outside of the hotel is stunning and we got a free upgrade. Parking is very limited, however, there are several around the hotel that we took advantage of. I would truly recommend this hotel as it's truly worth the experience and it ticks off all the band for an amazing hotel. Cheers to the team at Hotel Heintz for making our short stay amazing! The service as fast and given with a smile. Would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good location half way between the castle & the river. So pleased we paid a little extra for a balcony room, the view out the back is lovely.

Breakfast was really nice with a very good selection. The hotel was well located within Vianden, full of character and a great terrace area.
