The staff were exceptional. I've never had a better experience with a hotel. They are so kind and patient. Of course the facilities and room were brilliant too but the staff are what really makes this stay special.

Newly renovated so hotel was in excellent condition. The biggest positive was the service from the hotel team - were made to feel very welcome and everyone was at hand to make our stay the best it could be. They went above and beyond and also having the general manager visible and coming to speak to the guests added a personal touch. Food in the restaurant was excellent too. Would thoroughly recommend and we will definitely try to come back. Would also advise that it could act as a good base for visiting Paris as only 15min into central Paris on the train and Chateau de Versailles is truly stunning.
